Do I have to fill in any documents to confirm the synchronization?

Yes, Centris requires you to complete authorization documents in order to synchronize its database with your website. Once you have registered, the documents will be sent to you by e-mail.

When exactly are the files updated?

Listings are updated automatically twice a day, at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. during daylight saving time, or at 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. during standard time.

Can my bill vary?

Invoicing is automatic, based on usage and the number of cards distributed during the month. When you exceed the number of plugs included in your package, you move on to the next package. If you subsequently have fewer cards, you will return to your initial package.

Can I start a synchronization manually?

Yes. A manual synchronization can be started at any time to republish listings already available in SyncBroker, such as after a synchronization issue or when adding a new website.

However, a manual synchronization does not retrieve new data directly from Centris. New listings and updates from Centris only become available after the scheduled automatic synchronizations, which run at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. during daylight saving time, or at 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. during standard time.
